Loyalty Program Overview
Our loyalty program rewards you for shopping with us while keeping things simple and transparent. Earn points every time you shop and redeem them for savings on future purchases.
Loyalty points apply to regular-priced items only. Bundles, daily deals, and promotional discounts are excluded.
How It Works
- Earn 1 point for every $1 spent (pretax, minimum $10 purchase).
- Redeem points as cash back on regular-priced items:
- 100 points = $5 off
- 200 points = $10 off
- 500 points = $25 off
- Points expire 12 months after they are earned.
- Points are tracked automatically and can be redeemed at checkout.
Example Conversion
- Spend $100 → 100 points → $5 off next purchase
- Spend $200 → 200 points → $10 off next purchase
- Spend $500 → 500 points → $25 off next purchase

At Plant Base, we keep things simple with two bundles available every day — the Starter Bundle and the Value Bundle. Each day of the week has its own assigned bundles, and they remain the same until supplies run out.
- Starter Bundles are always $40 or under, offering an affordable way to discover new products.
- Value Bundles are $50 and up, giving you more of what you love at an unbeatable price.
Each bundle is thoughtfully curated by our team to showcase cannabis brands and products we’re excited about. We combine new or seasonal products with customer favorites to help you explore without the monetary risk.
